Choose different exercises that work the same muscle groups.

For example: If you have mastered front squats, try back squats, sumo squats or switch to lunges. You’ve got the chest press down…go for those push-ups! Change up your regular dumbell curl and use a barbell or venture into the cable station. Keep track of the changes in your routine by journaling your workouts to document your progress.
